Detection to Cure:
The Cancer Fighting Front
We identify patients in rural Bengal—often through localized school outreach—who lack the means for life-saving care. Beyond detection, we facilitate direct medical intervention and free of cost treatment through our strategic link with **Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (CNCI)**.
Cervical Cancer
Our primary specialized focus. From providing **Cervavac Vaccinations (girls 9-14)** to managing full treatment cycles for detected cases.
Integrated Screening
Intensive camps for **Breast, Oral, and Anal cancer** detection combined with Weight and Sugar tests for comprehensive health survey.
Scientific Survey:
Mapping community health data to better understand local medical needs.
Rural Outreach
Providing early detection and expert oncological inspection in remote villages and semi-urban areas where facilities are scarce.
Patient Navigators:
Bridging the gap between rural patients, doctors, and specialists.
Safeguarding the Milieu and Community.

Relentless Awareness &
Screening Camps
Garia Welfare Society (GWS) has been organizing awareness programs and screening camps in and around Garia, rural villages, and semi-urban areas near Kolkata.
We collaborate with Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (CNCI), local NGOs, and eminent personalities to reach the unreached.

100+
Habitants per community targeted for screening camps.
Why We Need Mobile Care.
Rural Infrastructure Gap
We are observing insufficient infrastructure to organize screening camps in rural villages while maintaining women's privacy. Many areas lack school buildings or clubhouses with sanitary facilities.
The Cost of Survival
Treatment is often free, but the peripheral costs—ambulance, food, lodging for family (₹15k-25k/month)—are crushing for families earning only ₹7k-12k. This economic burden often forces families to give up.
Our Goal: Mobile Cancer Screening Ambulance
We need to arrange an automobile ambulance with full accommodation for random women cancer screening to reach these areas directly.
What We Do for Cancer Patients
